At no time does The School Store have access to your credit card information. All processing is performed by the ASB payment gateway secure server, and The School Store only receives a notification of successful payment.

Troubleshooting Failed Authorizations and Payment Declines

To protect your security and privacy, your bank cannot provide The School Store with information about why your payment was declined. Because of this, you most likely need to contact your bank directly to solve most payment issues.
