You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, clothing must have labels attached and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Thinking of returning an item?

To ensure the safe return of your items and the correct allocation of the items to your order, please follow the guidelines below:

• Please print the return label and include it in your return package. Do not change the size of the return label when printing as this can make the label unreadable for our scanners.
• If you cannot print the label, please include the payslip (the original or a copy) or a piece of paper with the name of the person who ordered the items, the order number and the reason for the return. The address to where the item is to be returned will be provided.
• Please use the original cardboard box and the manufacturer's original packaging to return the item.
• If you no longer have the original cardboard box, please include the name of the person who ordered the items and the order number in the sender field on the package.

Our 30-day returns guarantee

Our 30-day* returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item--see our Refunds Policy. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days unless they are faulty.

* Note: Our returns guarantee for large items delivered via specialist courier is limited to 14 days.

We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.

Replacement

In the event of sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to us within 30 days. We reserve the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 30 days of the date on which we confirm we will issue a replacement.
